Acceptable Stay with Some Issues

The location was good. There were shops and cafes nearby.
I found that my request for a quiet room was ignored. It was noisy. The hotel offers small glasses at the water fountain. Larger glasses or bottles in the room would be better. It seemed like the hotel needs to listen to guests better.

noisy room small glasses
The location was acceptable since it was near public transport.
The room was not quiet. I asked specifically for a quiet room and was told it would be quiet. Staff ignored my request, this. The small glasses by the water fountain were also annoying since I had to refill it many times.

paper cups loud noises
The paper cups were a letdown as i really expected glasses. i was also bothered by the noises. Tapping from pipes was constant. there were also loud noises at 1:30 am, coming from what sounded like both inside and outside. then a lorry unloaded at 5 am with crashing sounds. It was a difficult night.

amazing stay!
modern design friendly staff tasty breakfast convenient location
I really enjoyed the hotel's modern design, it felt fresh and inviting! the staff was super friendly. breakfast offered many tasty options, i started my days well. the location was great, with easy access to shops and restaurants. I explored the city without issues.
The glasses provided at the water fountain by the lifts were too small. Bigger glasses or bottles would improve the experience.

The room included a small balcony, it felt larger. the bathroom looked sleek and modern. It was super clean. plump pillows and quality bedding were available!
